PRIMESTAR GOLD Listing Program

We offer the PRIMESTAR GOLD Listing Program which gives our clients the opportunity to list their home for a discounted rate of 4.5% instead of the traditional 6% which will save the seller Thousand$$$ of dollars. The typical commission that is paid to a Listing Agent is 3% and the typical commission that is paid to a Buyer’s Agent is 3% for a total of 6%. In the State of Texas, the full 6% commission is typically paid by the seller, as it deducted from the seller’s proceeds at the time of closing. The PRIMESTAR GOLD Listing Program allows the seller to list their home with the PRIMESTAR Realty Group at a discounted commission fee which will save the seller Thousand$$$ of dollars. For example, if/when a seller’s home successfully contracts at $500,000 – The seller would typically pay 3% of the price to a traditional Listing Real Estate Agent/Broker. That is a total of $15,000 in Real Estate Agent/Broker commission owed to a traditional Listing Real Estate Agent/Broker. In contrast, with the PRIMESTAR PLATINUM Listing Program, if/when the seller’s home successfully contracts at $500,000 - Under the PRIMESTAR PLATINUM Listing Program, the seller will only pay 1.5% commission to the PRIMESTAR Realty Group Agent which is a total of $7,500 instead of $15,000.  In that scenario, the seller will be saving $7,500.

We also offer a PRIMESTAR PLATINUM Listing Program. This is our most popular home listing program because it saves our buyers Thousand$$$ of dollars. The PRIMESTAR PLATINUM Listing Program allows the seller to list their home for only $3,000 instead of 3% of the sales price of their home.

For example: If/when a seller’s home successfully contracts at $500,000 – The seller would typically pay 3% of the price to a traditional Listing Real Estate Agent/Broker. That is a total of $15,000 in Real Estate Agent/Broker commission owed to a traditional Listing Real Estate Agent/Broker.  In contrast, with the PRIMESTAR PLATINUM Listing Program, if/when the seller’s home successfully contracts at $500,000 - Under the PRIMESTAR PLATINUM Listing Program, the seller will only pay PRIMESTAR Realty Group $3,000.  In that scenario, it would be a savings of $12,000.
